INSPIRED YOGA CLASSES @ THE SPACE
YOGASOULSclub has developed powerful Yoga Flow (Vinyasa Yoga) classes which has a strong focus on toning the body, detoxing the mind from stress and building high levels of confidence. YOGASOULSclub is very active and passionate about building long and lean muscles, balancing hormones, improving flexibility and helping reduce anxiety and symptoms of depression with a beautiful meditation at the end of every class (my client’s FAVOURITE part!)
WEEKLY CLASS SCHEDULE
• All classes are designed for Beginners & Mixed Ability
• Yoga Flow class TUESDAY nights at 7:15pm @ THE SPACE
• Yoga Flow class SATURDAY mornings at 9:00am @THE SPACE
• Yoga for Mums, Monday mornings at 9:00am (kids welcome to play while mum does Yoga!) @ THE SPACE
