Caboolture’s Abbey Medieval Festival
0Ever wished you were living in the Game of Thrones era? Here is your opportunity! Every year Caboolture hosts the Abbey Medieval Festival where Knight’s and Damsels in distress come to life.
If you’ve never been to the annual festival, you’re missing out! With a wide selection of events from jousting tournaments, falconry, medieval villages to view, puppet shows, gypsy dancing and Turkish oil wrestling. Visit the Friar’s Folly Tavern for mead and medieval music, or the famous medieval markets for food, clothing, craftsmanship and more!
Two Abbey Medieval Banquets will be hosted by the Museum this year. The first will be held on Sat 25th June 2016 and the second on the 2nd July 2016. You will need to book tickets ASAP as they sell very quickly!
