Just like any good Italian meal, it’s a family affair at Pastaissimo Italian Restaurant, on the waterfront by Lake Eden.
After spending years of travelling for sport with their three boys, Sandie and Darryl were sick of missing the traditional meal times when eating out and compromising quality food while out on the sports run with the family. It had been a dream of theirs for years to own and operate their own Italian restaurant and when they moved to North Lakes they could see there was a gap in the market for beautiful authentic house-made Italian cuisine.
Pastaissimo offers not only amazing Lake Eden views but the comfort of casual dining with the best Italian recipes on offer all day, every day! That means if you feel like gnocchi or pizza first thing in the morning or something from the breakfast menu late in the afternoon, you can!
Pastaissimo opens at 7am, 7 days a week until late. You will taste the layers of flavours in the Napoli sauce and the pasta is house made fresh, daily. Sandie and Darryl are passionate about authentic Italian ingredients right down to the certified approved Italian pizza flour, you can taste the passion in the food and the old fashion great customer service is the perfect compliment to this gorgeous new family dining experience.
Pop in for a Capo blended Italian coffee with plenty of Milk Lab options on offer. Choose from lactose free, soy, coconut, almond or traditional milk. If you feel like a sweet treat, check out the exquisite gelato and home made Italian biscuits! Shlix Gelato is a very old family recipe and is absolutely a taste sensation on your taste buds.
